See the difference... Wealth + more is released
Recently, I was on a Ferris Wheel with my little humans. I had decided to be brave after years of not being on the ride. Each time the wheel turned, my heart skipped. I kept wondering why I agreed to this. I also started to strategize a reason to exit.
Growing up, I enjoyed the thrill and excitement of roller coasters, Ferris wheels, and those rides that made your heart race at amusement parks. I did notice I started to be afraid to go on the rides over the years. I am not even sure when I started to fear going on these rides.

I learnt too that you need to not downplay your fear but acknowledge it exists and perhaps figure out why you are fearful then take the steps to face your fears.
I don’t think all fears may to be faced... after all I fear worms and I am yet to hold one.
I do know that when you face your fears, the trajectory changes, life is way different.

Why is it important to look at your business numbers?
1. Bankruptcy Likely – The common myth is that bankruptcy happens overnight. No, bankruptcy gives signs along the way, signs that are ignored or not understood. You need to know these signs. Know your business numbers.
2. Sales - Not every sale is profitable or leads to cash in your bank account. You need to know this quickly and made needed changes fast in your business/company. Know your business numbers.
3. Money Leaks – Where is your business losing money? Where do you have low efficiency? Is your team productive. You need to know this ASAP! Know your business numbers.
4. Strategy – Is the strategy of your business working? How are you performing in relationship to competitors and even your industry? Strategy is work in progress, so it needs to be constantly reviewed! Know your business numbers.
5. Cash Management – Cash is the lifeblood of your business/company. We need oxygen as humans and likewise your business needs cash to survive. So, with knowing your business you are able to manage cash effectively. Know your business numbers.
My sons and I created memories that day on the Ferris wheel, memories quite different than staying in fear and watching from a distance. Also, it awakened something in me to figure out why started to fear these rides.
Take the steps to figure out why you are fear your business numbers and quickly start facing them… get help as needed, the success of your business/company depends on it.. it will be worth it.
